The birth of communist conservatives.

Conservatives have been around for years spewing their hatred of Democrats and liberals. Preachers eventually joined the conservative chorus. God became a conservative. To conservatives government was bad, government was evil. The message was simple, elect conservatives. It was an upward escalation of control. Take control the school board, City Council, county and eventually state. The plan worked. Eventually, Republicans who became conservatives were elected to almost every position in the state. The state became controlled by Conservative Republicans. 

In Washington, with control of the House, the Senate, the White House and a favorable Supreme Court, America became a virtual dictatorship overnight. Texas became red.

Under immediate attack were civil rights. Programs that were intended to help minorities were disbanded. Minorities were now victims of their own justice. Some Whites publicly aired their disdain and hatred of minorities. The name of the game for Republicans is to deny you the right to vote.

Education is a political tool. Education is also a brainwashing tool.  

It is being used by conservatives to get rid of books they do not like from public schools and public libraries. They have also introduced the Bible to public schools. People from every country and every walk of life tried to enter the United States illegally. Many people in America were alarmed by this intrusion. Alarmist were quick to point out the evil deeds of these illegal immigrants. Voters rushed to the polls. Politicians reacted with immigration and voter laws. Even American citizens were accused of criminal behavior. 

You should already know the rest of the story. So here is a suggestion. Next election happy children by your hand take them to the voting booth and cast your ballot. This is the most important value that you can teach them. 

Along the way tell your neighbors loudly that you are on the way to vote. Be proud of it. 

Say it loudly “I was a never voter.  No more. I love my children and I want them to have a better life than me.”

Let's look first at testing what does statewide testing. Why is there such a big difference between Latinos and Whites in test results and graduation rates. That's always been a neglect in the education of Latinos going back to the Spanish colonial days and it affected everybody in Latin America. 

If you look at the current map of Texas the line between El Paso and Houston South of that line is Tejano Texas, North of that line is Mexican North Texas. I pulled into my high school transcript I attended 24 public schools in five years. I remember some of them. What I do remember is that in most of them I was the only Tejano in school, There were two or three in Neely Ward and one in Levelland. I faced no discrimination or prejudice them all the time that I was in school. 

This is how power works. I had a situation where I had more work than manpower. I had so much work to do that unless I did something we were not going to fly airplanes. I needed the equipment to fix the airplanes. I had used the serviceable equipment. A thing about urgent problems nobody above you wants to hear your problem they just want to hear a solution. I casually discuss the issue with one of my subordinates. His comment was let's see what we can do. He got together with everybody and discussed the issue with them and they all come together and they said well we have a work schedule that we can do and we can get work the work done and still have your time off he presented the schedule to me and I presented the schedule to my boss who immediately said “no.” My boss realized that there was no other solution the schedule was working four days on and three days off. He approved the schedule and we started working Monday. Twelve hours a day, 4 days on and 3 days off. We brought the 800 hours backlogged of work to nothing. 

The contributors for the buildup of America were many. The expansion of America across the Appalachian Mountains to the Pacific coast came at great peril and sacrifice to many. and the fulfillment of America’s Manifest Destiny. We contributed our share to the accelerated development of modern technology, technology that would catapult America to the top of the manufacturing and economic world. America has achieved wonders.

I was in the army during the war of the civil rights era you could not run and hide from the abuse. You could not get into physical confrontations. There was nobody that you could complain to. It was protected speech under the 5th amendment.

Social progress has been stagnated by those that do not want to accept our diversity. American Society is littered with the ugly scars of torture, much like branded cattle, worn by us non-Whites. For those of us who were around during the tormented 50’s and 60’s, not all Whites were evil, but those that were made it seemed like all Whites were evil. Non-whites are still the victims of abusive Whites. Because of their atrocities evil Whites dominate the White world. Not all abuses were committed by Whites some were committed by Latinos

We learned of the American Dream from our parents at home. They are our teacher and role model, the example. From them we learned how to build outhouses and castles. They were the architects of our future. The foundation for the American Dream was education. The foundation for education were the three (3) R’s. At home we learned the work ethic. These were the foundations for American Power. 

Once Upon a time we were here first we only want the bills here were the Comanches and the Apaches this was Native American territory we push some other way after we pushed some other way along come people from America they push us other way so we go from being king of the hill one day to being at the bottom of the hill of the next.
